Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2 business days, but we always strive for speed and accuracy.


Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery for standard shipping generally takes 2–9 business days from the date your order leaves our facility.
For customers who need faster delivery, we also offer FedEx 2-Day Shipping and FedEx Overnight Shipping options at an additional charge.

Please note: FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service do not operate or deliver on weekends.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. At checkout, you’ll see shipping options and estimated delivery times available for your location.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by the local customs authority.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.


Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you, but we cannot guarantee delivery once the order has left our facility.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you may be responsible for return-to-sender (RTS) fees and any costs to reship.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may choose to have it reshipped (at your cost) or receive a refund minus shipping and RTS fees.


Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once an order is in process and leaves our facility, it cannot be canceled.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseeable events.
