What Is Our Return Policy?

We accept unworn swimwear and clothing purchased from FrankiesSummer.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund. We do not currently offer store credit. Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. Note: online orders cannot be returned in store.

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item.


How Do I Start My Return?

Customers (U.S. and international) may initiate a return by submitting a return request through our online portal. You will receive a shipping label by email. Use that label to send items back to us. After inspection, we will notify you by email within 10–15 business days regarding your refund status.

International Returns:
For international returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.


How Do I Return a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders may be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Please use the same return process as regular orders.


How Do I Track My Return?

U.S. customers may use the tracking number on the prepaid return label to track the return.
International customers may track via the DHL international return label provided.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds to your original payment method typically occur within 10–15 business days after delivery. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for your bank to post the funds after issuing the refund.


Retail Store Purchases

If your item was purchased at a physical retail store, returns or exchanges must be made at the original place of purchase.
